Important Information
Softie is a gorgeous 7.5yo black brindle French Bulldog sweetheart, ready to steal your heart with cuddles and love. She loves following you around the house and stretching out in the sunshine. She’s a true sweetheart and enjoys curling up with her blanket for a cozy snooze. She is not overly interested in toys or long walks and she is happiest simply being by your side.
She may bark if someone unfamiliar enters the home, but once introduced she quickly warms up and seeks pats and attention.
Softie previously lived with her sister, who sadly developed dementia and began showing aggression toward her. One of these incidents, through no fault of her own, left Softie with a limp in her back left leg and a slower walk. She would now thrive in a calm, peaceful home.
Softie spent much of her early life in a crate while used for breeding and had no choice but to toilet where she was confined. She will need patient guidance, reassurance and a home with a doggy door to help her learn where it is appropriate to go.
Softie loves children and is wonderful with them, though she would be best in a home with visiting children rather than young live-in children. She also loves her treats, with Smackos and peanut butter being firm favourites.
As with all aging dogs, a good joint supplement is recommended.
Softie would be perfect for a retired couple with grandchildren visiting regularly, it would truly be a dream come true for her.

Very Affectionate
Loves cuddle time with her people

Softie is incredibly loving, a true sweetheart and ready for a soft, safe forever home where she can simply be cherished.
