Important Information
Paxton is a spunky, quiet and clumsy fella.
Paxton has been with us for quite a while, sadly when he came to us he was suffering from severe ear neglect.
Kristy, our foster carer has worked kindly and diligently nursing him back to health and Pax has been so brave in taking his meds and having his ears peeled each day to resolve this issue, however time will tell that he may need ongoing medication for a period of time, yet to be confirmed by the treating vet but to date the issues with his ears has not returned.
He is a dream on the lead and enjoys his walks with recently falling in love with the great outdoors.
He loves travelling with you in the car and sleeps every car ride, Pax is a very quiet, chilled out, confident and friendly boy, who gets along with all dogs and all people. Some basic training would benefit Paxton, although he is brilliant with the ‘sit’ and ‘stay’ command.
He is crate trained and sleeps through happily all night without a peep, he loves lounging around at home, snuggled up with the family, confidently taking his spot on the couch.
He would be suitable for a family with children and another dog, as he loves both. Pax loves his toys, enjoys his food and treats, he will patiently wait and politely take them from you.
You will fall in love with his goofy ways and his quiet but cheeky personality! To adopt Paxton, you must be willing to liaise with Forest Hill vet and if required, commit to any possible ongoing medication he may require to stay in perfect health.
Pax is a Family dog but he is a solid dog so we would prefer children 8 and up, he gets along with all dogs male or female around the same size. House-trained, car trained, lead trained, crated trained, respectful around the home, loves kids and people, loves toys, food and is Totes handsome:)
