I have met some sweethearts in my time but Julia takes the cake, she is shy and cautious at the start but all this girl wants is love, and yeah a walk for she is a whopping 17.8 kilos. She is more confident around her buddy Beatrice so there may be a chance that these 2 precious ladies will be adopted out together!...and oh and Beatrice is 16 kilos:)
Julia and Beatrice need a home that is easy going and laid back and they need to be an integral part of the family, these girls have missed out on a lot in life and we need a family that will take them into their home and hearts for the rest of their lives.
Its okay if you have children but they must be in the older teenage yrs for both these girls would bowl a young child over and that would not be fair to them and the child, we do so want to set these girls up to win, they deserve it.
Julia is lost without Beatrice, they need each other and that may change in time as Julia gains more confidence but more than likely it will not occur till they are well and truly settled in their new home especially with love and kindness around them. They need to be walked everyday, not long treks through the mountains but trots around the block, down the beach etc...both girls are fairly good with other dogs but they do prefer each others company, they walk well on leads and are very responsive to commands if done in a kindly manner.
In their foster home they are lovingly referred to as "My little Ponies" they are both very big girls, never bark and never had a mishap inside...they are quiet girls that need a quiet life.
